The backdrop of Switzerland is where Legacy Road was founded, birthed, and will always be a place I directly curate from. Antiques reveal and express the stories of not only nations, but the people , their journey and our now- that history books, just can’t in a real and tangible way.
Known for being a neutral country even in times of war, Switzerland has outwardly welcomed people from around the globe during seasons of need across their borders. Even while I resided there, they welcomed Ukrainian people seeking refuge from the ongoing war with Russia into the Nation. They also are intent about keeping things green within their borders. Both of these facts are what made Legacy Road Antiques possible.
The influx of foreigners brought with them a bounty of items, and this is why, to date, I have curated pieces from over 20+ countries and haven't traveled outside of Switzerland to do it—when I opened I only drove and curated all my first 700 pieces within a 2-hour radius from my home in Leissigen! Now entering our 3rd year, I am thrilled to be expanding our sourcing over into the French borders, from Lyon, Annecy, into the Provence regions and every little village in between.

Welcome to my shop! In 2021 my husband finally had an opportunity to work for his European firm in Switzerland. This was always a dream of his to actually live, not just travel in Europe. So with the last of our five children enrolled in college, talks with all of them, and after much prayer, the answer was yes!
My hope was to continue creating beautiful furniture pieces and selling them, as I had been doing for years in America on Facebook Marketplace. Unfortunately, after a year of searching, I had only found one piece to update and the process of even finding the products I could use to paint with and alike was a very arduous task.
So now this very creative, outgoing and friendly American had no outlet. Until one morning God presented me with a new idea, an avenue for my passions, all from a youtube video of someone thrifting online and doing monthly sale drops. I thought, I can do that! I loved the idea, so off I went to the thrift stores with a new plan.
I had always shopped thrift stores, not only for my own homes, but for my interior decorating firm of 12 years, Willow Hill Decor. As well as having managed a small business back in Frederick, MD, where we sold antiques, vintage home decor, new replica decor, and repurposed furnishings—doing monthly tag sales with multiple vendors.
I just never thought about treasure hunting for resale before, so when I finally went out looking I was blown away with what I uncovered, and by the time we were packing up our Swiss apartment I had a pantry full of antiquities and vintage decor (700+ pieces to be exact!) and that is how,
That Vintage Flair was born! Now reimagined as Legacy Road Antiques.

I’m the owner of nothing, but the steward of all things God so generously places both before my eyes and within my hands. This is my heart's intent to cherish these creations and share them and hopefully get them into the hands of the next person who truly knows and sees the privilege and gift it is to pass these items on for generations to come.

Form, function, style, artistry and beauty ooze out of every piece., or it doesn’t cross the ocean. Included in these collections you will find exquisite pieces from around the world. The mediums and materials are also very diverse, there is truly something for every design aesthetic.
